Intaglio printing technology is employed in the production of composite bags, which are created through a two-step process. Initially, the traditional gravure printing technique is utilized to print patterns on the film. Subsequently, lamination is applied to transfer these patterns onto materials such as non-woven and woven fabrics. This process primarily caters to large area color pattern printing bags and boasts refined printing quality, fully automated production capabilities, and a short manufacturing cycle. Moreover, the resulting products exhibit excellent waterproof performance and superior durability compared to non-woven bags produced using alternative methods. The film used in this process comes in two options: light or matte finish.
